I use TimeTrade in my business. Coaches and entrepreneurs that are interested in working with me can schedule their appointment right from my website. I also have a special link that clients can use to schedule time with me to discuss tasks or projects.
It’s super simple to set up and fairly inexpensive to get going. I love the fact that it connects to my Google calendar and knows when I have other things scheduled. It also automatically puts appointments on my calendar.
I work with a few clients that use ScheduleOnce for their business. It’s nice that it can be integrated with Infusionsoft too. You can offer several appointment slots and then have interested parties choose the 2 best times that work for them and then you can finalize the appointment by selecting the best one of those times for you.
One of the features that I really love is that you can create custom forms for people to fill in when they are booking an appointment. There is also a huge list of integrations which make it worth the cost.
I also work with a client that uses AppointmentCore. It also integrates with Infusionsoft. It’s so easy to assign tags to contacts in Infusionsoft. It really makes creating campaign flow simple.
AppointmentCore will also sync with your Google calendar so you can be sure that appointments are added and you don’t miss a thing.
